Shiny Apps for inference and modelling of dose-response Nanoinformatics data and risk estimation

Two shiny Apps were developed for inference and estimation:

 

  • The NMTox shiny App.

  • The DRMod Shiny App.

Both apps do not require any knowledge or R or to install the R software.

Users who wish, can download the Apps and use it on thier computers.

A "stand alone" version of the Apps available in Github: XXXXXX.

The NMTox Shiny app

The NMTox shiny App is a software tool which can be used for exploratory data analysis and inference for monotone trends on Nanoinformatics data. The Shiny App is based on the NMTox R package and can be used to produce the data analysis output without knowlage of R.

The DRMod Shiny App

The DRModel shiny App is a software tool which can be used for dose-response modeling and estimation of the EDp for Nanomaterials with significant dose-response ternd. For modeling, the shiny App is based on the drc R package and uses modeling averaging methods to estimate the EDp and to construct confidence intervals. The Shiny App is can be used to produce the data analysis output without knowledge of R.

Risk estimation
