The course is focused on both practical and theoretical aspects of longitudinal models the topics discussed in the course are presented in 7 chapters:

The course was developed as a master level course.
This is an open source course and the source files that were used to produce the slides (Tex + R program) are available online.

In this page, the course is presented in a typical slides format and as online course. The course consists of 7 chapters for which the slides are available online and can be downloaded for free. All examples are implemented in R. The online course covers some of the topics presented in the slides.

In this page, online books, online tutorials (in both PDF and html formats) and YouTube tutorials are available. All examples are illustrated in R and R code is a part of the books & tutorials.
