The course is focused on both practical and theoretical aspects of longitudinal models the topics discussed in the course are presented in 7 chapters:

  1. Introduction to Longitudinal Data Analysis.

  2. Exploratory Data Analysis.

  3. Models for Longitudinal Gaussian Data.

  4. Practical Guide Using R.

  5. Introduction to Longitudinal non-Gaussian data.

  6. Models for Correlated Binary Data.

  7. Models for Correlated Count Data.

The course was developed as a master level course.

This is an open source course and the source files that were used to produce the slides (Tex + R program) are available online.

All examples are implemented in R.  The online course covers some of the topics presented in the slides.
