Online interactive book 
The interactive book that was developed for the course is focused on sample size calculation in R. It contains the R code for the examples. To run the code you can copy and paste the code to R or to use the R markdown program of the book that is available online as well.
Rmd & PDF files of the book 

The R markdown and PDF versions of the book contain the same  materials presented in the online book. Note that if you work with the PDF file offline, it is still interactive and if you click on a link, it will lead you to the relevant online course material.
