The course covers both the theoretical and the practical aspects of modelling and analysis of binary data and covers the following topics:

  • Comparing Proportions in Two-by-Two Tables.

  • The Relative Risk and the Odds Ratio.

  • Chi-Squared Tests of Independence.

  • Analysis of I X J tables.

  • Logistic Regression.

 

The course was developed as a complete course at an undergraduate/master level course.
