The course covers both the theoretical and the practical aspects of modelling and analysis of binary data and covers the following topics:

Comparing Proportions in Two-by-Two Tables.

The Relative Risk and the Odds Ratio.

Chi-Squared Tests of Independence.

Analysis of I X J tables.

Logistic Regression.
The course was developed as a complete course at an undergraduate/master level course.
